Overview
Enable Fitness runs small-group strength and rehab classes across six sites in the South West. Plenty of people nearby needed exactly what they offer — almost none of them could find it. We rebuilt the search presence around the classes themselves, then cut the booking journey down to two steps.
Enable Fitness runs small-group strength and rehab classes across six sites in the South West — the kind of coaching people search for by name, by injury, or by the day of the week they're free. The demand was already there. The problem was that every one of those searches landed on a generic gym page that never mentioned a class, a time, or a coach.
We started by treating each class as its own destination rather than a line item on a timetable PDF. That meant a page per class per site, built around the questions people actually type: what it costs, who it suits, whether you need to be fit already. Paid search filled the gaps while the organic pages earned their positions.
The booking journey came last, and it mattered most. The old flow ran to five screens and asked for a membership decision before it asked for a name. We cut it to two steps — pick a session, confirm who you are — and let everything else wait until after someone was through the door.
